Have you ever seen sites that automaticly refresh the page? Here is how they did it.

Paste this code into your CSS, and it will automaticly refresh your page.
<META HTTP-EQUIV=REFRESH CONTENT="40"> <META HTTP-EQUIV="Pragma" CONTENT="no-cache">

Change the number in the code where it says '40' to how ever many seconds in between you want it to refresh.
