Using CPanel

FTP/CPanel

CPanel is short for Control Panel. You use CPanel to control things about your site! Like re-directions, your websites e-mail, changinf passwords, error pages and loads more.

If your not sure how to get to your CPanel, you could ask your host if you have CPanel, or you could just try going to your website and typing yoursite.com/cpanel obviously change the 'yoursite' part to your site, otherwise it wont work.
