If you want to display HTML code like i do, you just need a really simply code.
<*textarea> CODE HERE </textarea*>

But with that code you have no control over how big the box is, its always the same size. So you can use this code and you change the sizes of the box.
<*textarea cols="20" rows="2">CODE HERE</textarea*>

Or there is another code, without the box, it displays your HTML as text.
<xmp>CODE HERE</xmp>
