The first thing you need to do is use this code in your CSS code.

Paste it in your CSS code, then you are ready to edit it.

You can edit that code now, where it says color: #000000 this means the colour of the text. And where it says border-bottom: 1px dashed #ff0099 That is the colour of the underlined, you can keep it as dashed or change it to 'Solid' or 'Double'.
